Attorney David A. Sebastian has nearly 20 years of successful experience representing numerous high-profile clients both locally and nationally in many practice areas including: prosecution and defense of securities fraud; commercial litigation; automotive supplier disputes; non-compete; trade secrets; shareholder disputes; business torts and other competitively sensitive business disputes.
David has specialized in the areas of complex business litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations before panels of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly known as the National Association of Security Dealers), involving claims of unsuitable investments, unauthorized trading, churning, misrepresentations and omissions; and employment issues. We represent individuals in various areas of law including: bankruptcy; child custody and child support; consumer advocacy and protection; employment; divorce; DUI/DWI; estate planning; real estate; foreclosure; wills and trusts.

David A. Sebastian earned his BA in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1989 and his J.D. Degree from The Catholic University of America in 1992. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. Sixth Circuit Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
